It is cheap, it is clean, the staff is great and the location is excellent. Also, the AC works very well. Good for one night. It is surprisingly quiet since it is acroos from several bars/clubs.
It is a very simple, no frills, no amenities hotel.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in the heart of the city. the location couldn't have been better, as we were right next to the famous clock tower and within walking distance of all the major attractions. the rooms were surprisingly nice, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, despite some limited English skills. Although the breakfast options were limited, there were plenty of nearby restaurants where we could grab a bite to eat. the view from our balcony overlooking the street and clock tower was a definite bonus.
Some guests mentioned that the WiFi was spotty, which was a minor inconvenience.

We recently enjoyed a budget stay at a hotel in the heart of Chiang Rai. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the bustling tourist areas and main attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean and provided a decent breakfast which we enjoyed each morning. The air conditioning and cable TV were great perks, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
The shower wasn't the greatest, with water taking a while to heat up and maintaining a lukewarm temperature. Although we didn't have any serious issues, we noticed a few small insects in our room which made us slightly uncomfortable.
